The Self-Centered Woman Immersion is a full-day, in-person initiation for the woman who's ready to take up space. This isn't a workshop- it's a lived experience. A remembering. A return to the part of you that already knows. Over the course of one sacred day, we’ll step out of survival, people-pleasing, and external validation and back into the body, the breath, and the truth of who you are when you choose yourself fully. This immersion is for the woman who feels the pull toward more—not more hustle, not more proving—but more alignment, more clarity, more self-trust. For the woman ready to release old timelines, outdated roles, and inherited expectations, and consciously choose the life she actually wants to live. We’ll move slowly and intentionally, weaving together somatic practices, breathwork, energetic recalibration, and guided experiences designed to help you soften back into your body and rise into your personal authority. This day isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you are when you stop betraying yourself.

Through coaching and mentoring hundreds of women, she is an expert in feminine energy & polarity work. As a dancer all of her life, she frequently hosts movement playshops to help women alchemize emotions and turn their bodies into a tuning for for the Divine.
